Common questions
How quickly can you start?
Most regular cleans start within the same week. End-of-tenancy slots are often available in 48 hours.
Will I get the same cleaner each time?
Yes — for recurring bookings we assign one professional. A second is briefed for holiday cover.
What if I'm not happy with a clean?
Tell your coordinator within 24 hours. We'll return and put it right at no extra cost.
Do you bring cleaning supplies?
By default we use yours, with guidance if needed. Supplies kit available for £8 per visit.
