Do you cover my area?

We cover Central, North, West and South-West London (roughly Zones 1–3). Outside that we'll usually still try to help — start a booking and we'll confirm within two working hours.

How quickly can you start?

Most regular cleans start within the same week. End-of-tenancy slots are often available in 48 hours.

What are your hours?

Monday to Friday 8am–6pm, Saturday 9am–2pm. Out-of-hours office cleans are available on request.

Who will be cleaning my home?

Every professional is interviewed in person, reference-checked and DBS-verified before their first booking. Where possible we keep the same person on a recurring schedule.

Will I get the same cleaner each time?

Accepted Answer

Yes — for recurring bookings we assign one professional. A second is briefed for holiday cover so you're never left without a visit.

Do I need to provide cleaning products?

Standard materials are included. If you'd prefer we use your own products (allergies, eco preferences, etc.) just say so in the booking notes.

How does payment work?

You receive an invoice after the visit and pay by card on file. Receipts are emailed within the hour.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. Hourly rates are published on the pricing page. Congestion charge is the only add-on, passed through at cost and only when applicable.

What if I need to change or cancel?

You can reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before the visit. Within 24 hours a 50% fee applies to cover the reserved time.

What if I'm not happy with the clean?

Tell us within 48 hours and we'll send someone back at no extra cost. We carry public liability insurance for accidental damage.

Are you insured?

Yes — £2m public liability cover on every visit. Certificate available on request.

Is my data safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We're UK-GDPR compliant, store data in EU/UK regions, and you can export or delete your data anytime from Settings.
